This chapter starts with Slavenka Draklic having a meeting with Ilir Hoxha in a restaurant in Tirana. Ilir Hoxha is the oldest son the late Albanian communist dictator Enver Hoxha. Ilir is very upset at the new government, he complains that the government took away his and his family’s housing and has not allowed them to get passports.
